Something new is coming in 2026 and it’s designed especially for psychotherapists who want to deepen presence, embodiment, and connection in the digital therapy room.

After completing my dissertation research on virtual intercorporeality, interoceptive awareness, and therapeutic presence in telehealth, I’ve spent the past year developing a new training for clinicians who are curious about what happens beyond the screen , in the subtle, embodied space where healing actually occurs.
In early 2026, I’ll be opening enrollment for a first-of-its-kind online training for therapists, integrating:
✨ Somatic psychology
✨ Interoceptive awareness practices
✨ A 5-minute body scan protocol validated in my research
✨ Contemporary presence theory
✨ Trauma-informed digital embodiment
✨ Foundations of Cybersomatics™.
This training will support clinicians who want to:
-
cultivate more presence and attunement in online sessions
-
strengthen embodied resonance with clients
-
integrate short, effective contemplative practices
-
help clients regulate more deeply even through a screen
-
expand their somatic skillset in telehealth without overwhelm
